It is FoundationForStrength’s policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and email addresses or phone number (“Personally Identifiable Information”), is private and confidential.  Foundation For Strength only collects Personally Identifiable Information from individuals who specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.  Generally, this information may be gathered from you in connection with your interest in a particular activity, service or offer (such as your request to be added to our mailing list).  If you indicate on our site that you would like to receive information about Foundation For Strength programs or membership, your personal information will be added to the appropriate Foundation For Strength mailing list.  If at any time you decide to add or remove your name from FoundationForStrength’s mailing list, or you need to amend your personal information, please email us at foundation4strength@gmail.com.

Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of Personally Identifiable Information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online.  Personally Identifiable Information is accessible only by staff or volunteers designated to handle online requests or complaints.

No information should be submitted to Foundation For Strength by individuals under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.  No information should be submitted to Foundation For Strength by individuals under 13 years of age under any circumstances.

Your Personally Identifiable Information will not be shared, sold or otherwise transferred to mailing list vendors, solicitors, or any unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the time of collection or thereafter.

We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the FOUNDATION FOR STRENGTH website.
